KEIR STARMER & PROJECT ALCHEMY

Emails and internal documents examined by JAOC disclose information about a group of British military and intelligence veterans who conspired to intensify and extend the Ukraine proxy conflict “at all costs.”

Formed under the guidance of the British Ministry of Defence shortly after Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, this group identified itself as Project Alchemy. While British authorities undermined peace negotiations between Kiev and Moscow, the group proposed various strategies “to sustain Ukraine's resistance” by creating “strategic challenges, expenses, and complications for Russia.”Project Alchemy's suggested strategies encompassed a wide range of warfare domains, including cyber warfare, covert operations, and outright acts of terrorism. The clandestine group even proposed a strategy to "vigorously target" and "eliminate" independent media organisations, through a relentless campaign of legal intimidation and online suppression, aiming to compel them to cease operations. These provocative plans were presented to senior officials within the British government and national security apparatus, where they seemingly garnered a positive response.

Established by a high-ranking official from the British Ministry of Defence, Project Alchemy consists of experienced military and intelligence personnel who share a common goal of instigating a full-scale conflict between the West and Russia. Some members have provided training to Ukrainian forces in covert sabotage techniques.

The national security group has implicitly recognised that their planned operations may exceed the limits of British law. Consequently, they proposed that London should be ready to "innovatively interpret the law" to achieve its objectives, and even consider the possibility of eliminating "legal constraints."

Several of Project Alchemy's most radical suggestions have already been put into action, frequently with disastrous outcomes. Among these was the cell's recommendation to target Crimea's Kerch Bridge, which led to a significant Russian escalation resulting in severe assaults on Ukraine's electrical infrastructure.

Additionally, Alchemy proposed the establishment of a covert, Gladio-like force of Ukrainian partisans tasked with executing assassination, sabotage, and terror operations behind enemy lines.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer became influenced by the Project Alchemy group shortly after his election in July, as he enthusiastically took on the title of "wartime prime minister."

Stickland organised the first meeting of Project Alchemy on February 26, 2022, shortly after Russia invaded Ukraine. The meeting brought together a diverse group of experts to create a "grand strategy options paper" aimed at helping the British government "defeat Putin in Ukraine and establish a new international order." The paper identified maintaining Ukraine's resistance as London's "primary objective."

In a March 3, 2022, correspondence to British military officials, Stickland described the paper as the result of "some mischief I’ve been up to" with "sideways thinkers." He expressed satisfaction that it had been reviewed by various high-ranking officials and received positively.

An Excel spreadsheet detailing both potential and confirmed recruits for the initiative, created by project leader Dom Morris, includes several individuals from the private sector and academic institutions, as well as senior military officials. Morris, who is currently a fellow at the “Centre for Grand Strategy” at King’s College, is identified in the document as a “civilian leader.” The position of “military leader” is assigned to Simon Scott, a brigadier in the British Army, who was honoured with the O.B.E. in 2013 for his “gallant and distinguished services” in Afghanistan.

The leadership of information operations will be assigned to a yet-to-be-identified member of Britain's 77th Psychological Operations Brigade. Additionally, Amil Khan, a veteran British psychological warfare expert and founder of the counter-disinformation analysis firm Valent Projects, is also noted as a participant in these operations.

King Charles engaged Khan’s Valent Projects to create a fabricated socialist YouTube influencer aimed at discrediting critics of the government's clumsy handling of the Covid crisis. Khan had previously been involved in a UK Foreign Office initiative designed to instigate regime change in Syria.

The Alchemy document, supervised by Stickland and titled “Ukraine’s Next Chapter – Elders Grand Strategy Options Paper,” suggests that a "palace coup" in the Kremlin is inevitable due to ongoing challenges in Ukraine. The authors argue that this conflict undermines Putin's image as a capable leader and could lead to increased pressure from oligarchs questioning his authority. They warn that a prolonged war would damage Putin's international standing and credibility with emerging allies.

The paper posits that extended Russian involvement in Ukraine would ultimately strengthen NATO. The authors foresee Putin's failure in the Donbas region leading to a governmental collapse, envisioning a "Post-Putin Marshall Plan" that could integrate Russia into a Western financial system. They express interest in London's potential re-engagement with Moscow in global energy and commodity markets, particularly regarding affordable Russian gas and wheat.

To fragment Russia, Project Alchemy's architects drew from Operation Gladio, a CIA and NATO initiative that used fascist paramilitary groups for false flag attacks in post-WWII Europe to counter communism.

Alchemy's strategic document proposed "discreet operations" that would not be "official," including revised "Stay-behind Gladio handbooks/Partisan Pamphlets" for the Information Age.

The project also aimed to utilise Britain's private military contractor (PMC) sector to counter Wagner, the mercenary group founded by Yevgeny Prigozhin. This involved creating a new doctrine and legal framework for PMCs, equipping British mercenaries with advanced weaponry to support and train Ukrainian forces.

These operations were intended to be “sponsored and directed” by the UK government, using “discreet cover” to avoid triggering NATO’s Article 5.

In their grand strategy document, Stickland urged his Project Alchemy team to suggest Gladio-style operations. One proposal aimed to “disable the Kerch Bridge,” disrupting access to Crimea and the Sea of Azov.

The team also created a PowerPoint titled “Training a Ukrainian Commando Force to Restore Maritime Sovereignty – Elders,” outlining plans for a 1,000-member Ukrainian commando unit trained in Britain to “weaken the Russian Navy” and open a new front in southern Ukraine.

By the time of submission, the plan had been in development for at least three months, with “Ukrainians abroad and volunteers within Ukraine” already enlisted for 12 weeks of basic training in various military tactics.

The proposal sought to officially integrate commandos into the Ukrainian Navy, with Alchemy asserting that this force would enhance military effectiveness and mobility, outpacing Russia's outdated strategies through hit-and-run tactics targeting Crimea.

Fluent Russian speakers, including female operatives, would be deployed in occupied Ukraine and Crimea for intelligence gathering and sabotage, with training provided by MI6. Alchemy requested £73.5 million from the British government to support this initiative, emphasizing the program's readiness. The funds were intended for Elders Services Ltd, a company linked to Alchemy and located near Fort Monckton, a known SIS training center. It is unclear how much funding, if any, the firm received for reviving Operation Gladio in Ukraine. Elders Services Ltd ceased operations in March 2023 after less than a year, without filing financial reports.

If, after reviewing this information, you still maintain that this war is not influenced by the military-industrial complex and that Starmer is merely a self-serving figure lacking empathy for the people in this country, then I might as well concede defeat.
