Geoengineering involves deliberate, large-scale interventions and technologies aimed at altering components of the global climate system to address specific aspects of global warming. In the United Kingdom, the government acknowledges the significance of tackling the root cause of climate change through reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adapting to inevitable impacts. This raises concerns about the rationale behind this policy, which can be scrutinized by the independent organization known as the Climate Change Committee. However, upon closer examination, it becomes apparent that the individuals responsible for advising the government lack true independence. It is evident that they are prioritizing personal financial gains by not disclosing their financial interests, ultimately leading to the UK overpaying for recycled energy due to inaccurate calculations and subsequent resignations. Despite replacements, the cycle continues. I urge everyone to review my investigation report on Climate Fraud ( under investigations)and request local law enforcement to look into the matter, although it may be referred to the Metropolitan Police. What is needed is a dedicated advocate to champion this cause, bring the case to a resolution, and ensure justice for all.

In September of last year, a team of researchers in the United Kingdom conducted a test flight using a high-altitude weather balloon that released several hundred grams of sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere. The purpose of this experiment was to assess the effectiveness of a cost-effective, manageable, and recoverable balloon system for potential small-scale geoengineering research projects. This system, referred to as the "Stratospheric Aerosol Transport and Nucleation" (SATAN), could potentially be utilized in a distributed geoengineering deployment strategy involving multiple balloons.

The UK government's Energy Innovation Programme has allocated £100 million towards initiatives aimed at decarbonizing industry and exploring technologies for greenhouse gas removal. One notable collaboration within this program is between C-Capture and Drax, with the goal of constructing a cutting-edge carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) facility in Europe.

In the 1950s the UK government instigated cloud seeding experiments but has been very secretive about how that was being managed until JAOC managed to uncover the myriad of operations and a cloak and dagger operation that is shocking and hidden from the public. 

A whistle-blower has provided us with a comprehensive overview of the company involved in the UK program known as 2Excel Airways. There is no doubt about their accountability, and we are currently in the process of gathering additional information through freedom of information requests. All evidence has been submitted to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), which has thus far declined to investigate the modifications made to the aircraft that were not officially submitted for redesign, circumventing this process by utilizing Article 20 within CAA regulations.

2Excel Aviation is a UK-based aviation and aerospace company with two main segments: 2Excel Aviation and 2Excel Engineering. They offer services such as Capability Development, Special Missions, Charter, and Insight, as well as aircraft Maintenance and Repair.

2Excel integrates aircraft design, testing, certification, and utilizes remotely-sensed data for valuable insights. They have unparalleled aerospace approvals, regulatory credibility, and security clearances, with an experienced ex-military management team.

With a fleet of 30 aircraft spanning seven types, 2Excel's solutions-oriented approach and proprietary technology set them apart from competitors. Established in 2005, they became 51% employee-owned in 2018 after experiencing substantial growth.

Chartered Accountant, brings financial expertise to his role as a director at 2Excel.

All 3 directors have been in the company since its inception and a 4th director / Shareholder left in 2014.

This is the point where the company becomes intriguing, as 2 Excel Aviation Limited was previously a member of MIAW LLP, which was dissolved due to a compulsory strike off order. This aligns with Gary Waterman's ongoing investigation into a global fraud scheme and child trafficking operation. While we are not implying that 2 Excel Airways is involved, the connection to an aviation company raises a red flag. They primarily operate from small airports with minimal security measures and seem to have experience in conducting covert operations, as they are secretive about their geoengineering activities and the CAA's reluctance to investigate. The aircraft numbers and any operations involving aircraft from Ukraine or Moldova are particularly noteworthy.

MIAW LLP reported assets of 845k in 2017, but in the subsequent 3 years, the balance sheet is devoid of any figures. The liquidation of the company under these circumstances is highly suspicious, and we intend to bring this matter to the attention of both the tax authorities and the ICAS, which oversees the practices of Chartered Accountants. The accountants in question are Spiers and Company, located at 72 Fielding Road, London W4 1DB. This firm also handles the financial affairs of 2 Excel Airways and other companies directed by the same individuals.
